SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — Orange County authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men wanted in connection with a deadly stabbing.
According to Santa Ana police, the murder occurred on March 9 in the 1900 block of South Main Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they found 26-year-old Paul Anthony Garcia lying on the sidewalk with a stab wound to his chest, officials said.
“The initial investigation revealed that Garcia was inside of a restaurant, when two suspects entered and had a confrontation with him,” police said in a statement.
The confrontation was caught on surveillance.
When Garcia, of Irvine, left the restaurant, he was chased by both of the unidentified suspects and stabbed. A motive for the crime was unclear.
