LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The family of a missing 82-year-old woman is asking the public’s help to find her.

Fannie Luesendy Brown has been missing since March 9 at around 8:30 p.m.

Brown was last seen by her brother at her home in the 1000 block of East 33rd Street.

Her family is especially concerned because Brown is in need of healthcare treatment because of a medical condition.

Brown is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She is described as having brown eyes and brownish gray hair. She has a thin build and dark complexion. Brown was last seen wearing a red robe.

Her family said she is a frequent user of public transportation.

Anyone who has seen Brown is asked to call the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996-1800.
