STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The weather pattern has definitely shifted from last week.
The 80s are gone for a little while. We can expect mellow weather for the next couple of days, probably hovering near or slightly below average.
A general on-shore flow will keep some clouds over the area early, but we will see sunny skies. On Wednesday, a weak cold front sweeps across the area bringing temperatures down and giving cities to the north a chance for showers. There is not a lot of moisture to work with, so any totals will be very light.
A cut-off low drops in behind for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and that will give us an increasing chance for rain. The trajectory of the low is over land, which means any precipitation will be extremely light. This system will by no means get us out of the extreme drought conditions we have been dealing with this winter.
