LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — A man has been arrested for murder following a double shooting in Long Beach.

The shooting happened in the 4800 block of Clair Del Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. Monday.

One man died at the scene, another victim was wounded. His condition was unknown.

According to police, the suspect turned himself into authorities about an hour after the shooting occurred.

A motive was not released.
