61 Residents Left Homeless After Pasadena Apartment Fire
PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — More than 60 people were homeless Monday after a fire destroyed an apartment complex in the San Gabriel Valley.
The fire broke out around 5:20 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Worcester Avenue, the Pasadena Fire Department said.
The fire was brought under control by 5:45 p.m.
One woman and her three children suffered smoke inhalation and were treated at a local hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The Red Cross is assisting the complex's residents.
