LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities on Saturday were investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man in South Los Angeles.

Investigators say the man was found at the intersection of Imperial Highway and South Vermont Avenue.

The discovery was made just after 10 p.m. Friday.

Investigators have not released a motive for the shooting.
