COMMERCE (CBSLA.com) — A brief police chase that started in Bell nabbed a suspect Friday evening in Commerce.

Officials did not announce what the driver was originally wanted for.

The suspect exited the vehicle without incident.

The chase ended one block south of Bandini Boulevard on Malt Avenue.

Police checked the car for passengers. Derek Bell, reporting in Sky9, said the man seemed to be the lone occupant of the vehicle.
