A news release issued by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department says the incident near the intersection of Cerritos Avenue and Gilbert Street occurred about 9 a.m. Saturday.

According to officials, a 14-year-old girl was jogging with her sister when the suspect approached.

“The subject groped the victim’s groin and buttocks then ran away,” the statement said.

Anyone who may recognize the suspect in composite sketch is asked to call investigators with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department at (714) 647-4067.
