POMONA (CBSLA.com) — A man was found shot to death early Wednesday morning in a car on a freeway off-ramp in Pomona.
California Highway Patrol officers found the body of Michael Meza, 32, of Pomona, in a white sedan around 12:30 a.m. on the White Avenue off-ramp of the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway, the Pomona Police Department said.
The father was shot in the upper torso, according to authorities.
Police are trying to determine where Meza was killed and if he was a passenger or the driver.
