Beef Salad Done The Healthy Way By Natalee Thai Cuisine

STUDIO CITY ( — Patty Srisikiew of Natalee Thai Cuisine stopped by the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to discuss some healthy Thai options available at her restaurant!

Natalee Thai Cuisine was recognized by The Los Angeles Times as “Best Thai Restaurant in L.A.” 2012 and by the Thai Chamber of Commerce as “Best Thai Restaurant in U.S.” The restaurant has two locations: Beverly Hills and Culver City.

Natalee Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients: ( 2servings )

Rib Eye Steak 8oz
1 stalk Green Onion, small chopped
¼ Red Onion, thin sliced
1 stalk Fresh cilantro, lightly chopped
¼ head romaine lettuce ( 2-3 oz)
3-4 cherry tomatoes


½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon small chopped garlic cloves
1 ½ tablespoon fish sauce
1 ¼ tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon Thai chili power


Grilled Rib Eye Steak till cooked to your liking.
Cut the Grilled beef into thin slices
Place lettuce into a plate
Mix dressing (stir well)
Toss with beef, green onions, red onions, cilantro and tomatoes in a bowl
Pour all mixing over the bed of lettuce plate
