LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a naked man was arrested Wednesday after repeatedly stomping on a car in a downtown Los Angeles intersection.

The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. at Spring and Sixth Streets, said officials.

The naked man was arrested and charged with felony vandalism.

A witness said the man — whose name and age were withheld — walked out of a building and started jumping on a red Mustang, seemingly without provocation. The naked man is also accused of smashing the car’s windshield.

The car’s driver reportedly punched the nude man in the face. Neither the driver or his female passenger were reportedly injured.

The suspect was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for a possible drug overdose.
