LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Grammy winner Toni Braxton announced via Twitter that she's hospitalized for issues related to Lupus.

The 45-year-old, famously known for the 1996 hit R&B single "Un-Break My Heart," told her fans on Friday she should be able to go back home soon.

The "Braxton Family Values" reality star revealed in 2010 that she suffered from Lupus, a potentially life-threatening autoimmune disease.

Braxton has also been open with her fans about a continuing heart problem.
