LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The 134 Freeway reopened Thursday following a deadly crash near Cahuenga Boulevard.

One person was killed in the multi-car accident, which was reported around 4:45 a.m.

Officials, who initially closed all but the carpool lane near Hollywood Way, said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were being treated for minor injuries.

Traffic remained slow in the area through the early afternoon.

No other details were immediately available.
