Halle Berry's Ex Files Restraining Order Against Her Fiancé
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, filed a restraining order Monday against the actress' fiancé Olivier Martinez.
The two reportedly got into a fight at Berry's house on Thanksgiving morning.
Both men were taken to be treated for injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but Aubry was then arrested and booked on a misdemeanor battery charge.
He was released after posting $20,000 bail.
Aubry was allegedly at Berry's house to drop off their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, following a custodial visit.
A Los Angeles judge issued an emergency protective order against Aubry – which expires Tuesday – demanding he stay at least 100 yards away from Martinez, Berry and his daughter, TMZ reported.
Aubry and Berry broke up in 2010 and are going through a custody battle.
A few weeks ago, a judge denied actress' request to move her daughter, Nahla, to France.
