LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters say they have extinguished an attic fire at a Jefferson Park home.
Brian Humphrey, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department, says firefighters were dispatched to the home on South 12th Avenue at 9:07 a.m. Saturday.
According to Humphrey, crews battled the blaze — which was confined to the attic — for about 25 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
