WOODLAND HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Six children and four adults were transported to area hospitals Saturday following a multi-vehicle crash in Woodland Hills.
A SigAlert was issued following the 1:07 p.m. accident on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway at Fallbrook Avenue.
KNX 1070 reported that four of lanes were shut down causing a major backup to Lost Hills.
Brian Humphrey, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department, says two of the children were ejected from a vehicle. The condition of the victims was not immediately known.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
