Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 16)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The unsettled pattern has arrived in Southern California.

The rain started falling last night...and we are seeing scattered showers move through the area this morning. Those showers should continue through the day today, although as we progress past daybreak...the chances for wet weather diminish. It will be widely scattered.

By the end of the day, we shouldn't pick up more than .10". There may be some higher totals in foothills but not much more.

Tomorrow another wave of energy rotates through the area and we will pick up some more rain. Tomorrow's hit looks a little stronger, but nothing too terrible. Timing wise...it may be a bit yucky for the SC vs. UCLA game at the Rose Bowl. We can probably expect another 1/3 of an inch.

There is even a third weaker wave on Sunday...but that just looks like a trace of rain right now. There is the very slight chance of a thunderstorm tomorrow. Snow levels will remain high around 7000'.
