Man Suspected In Deadly Westminster Hit-And-Run Turns Himself Into Police
WESTMINSTER (CBSLA.com) — An arrest has been made in a deadly hit-and-run accident that occurred Monday night in Orange County.
Khuong Pham, 44, turned himself into Westminster police Wednesday morning.
Pham is accused of killing 14-year-old Brennan Solt of Stockton when he was crossing the street near Beach Boulevard and 23rd Street Monday night.
Solt died on the scene.
Pham has been booked on felony hit-and-run charges.
