LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Power has been restored to most Southern California Edison customers in the Malibu area.
About 11 customers of the nearly 3,589 who lost power were still without power Sunday.
The outage on the Pacific Coast Highway between Latigo Canyon and Bonsall Drive was reported at 7:51 p.m. Saturday.
Edison reports that the outage was caused by downed trees in multiple areas.
Meanwhile, 1,986 customers were left without power in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach.
Power there was expected to be restored by 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
That outage was blamed on a downed wire, according to SCE.
