Thousands Of 'Twi-Hards' Set Up Camp At L.A. Live In Anticipation Of Monday's Premiere

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Thousands of diehard fans of the "Twilight" series have set up camp at L.A. Live in anticipation of Monday's premiere of "Breaking Dawn: Part 2."

More than 2,200 people from around the world were expected to brave below-average temperatures and potential rain for a chance to see the stars of the film as they walk the black carpet Monday.

"I planned this trip right after the last premiere and have been saving up all my time at work for vacation, so we have a good chunk of 10 days here," fan Sarah Morrill said.

In 2010, more than 1,000 people camped outside of the Nokia Theater in the days leading up to the premiere of "Breaking Dawn: Part 1."

The films star Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart.

"In recognition of their loyalty, Summit will host a series of activities over the four days for campers," Summit Entertainment said.
