BLOOMINGTON (CBSLA.com) — A man was struck and killed by a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s patrol car Sunday, officials said.
Officials say the accident happened around 9:20 p.m. Sunday when a 54-year-old Bloomington man crossed Cedar Avenue.
It was unclear if he was in a cross walk when the accident occurred.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name hasn’t been released.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
