A Burger As Big As Your Party At JT Schmid's In Tustin

Many will attempt to eat this burger alone, but few will succeed.

JT Schmid's Restaurant and Brewery in Tustin is celebrating their fifth year anniversary in a bigger, bolder way with the launch of a burger so massive it can feed six people. Amidst the celebration come many new menu items and the highly anticipated new JT Imperial Stout.

Meat lovers will be blown away with the size of the patties they are flipping at JT Schmidt's. Bring your appetite and be prepared to dive into burger heaven with JT's "bigger badder Asser" burger. The all-beef grilled patty is topped with all your favorite fixings including a unique corn mayo. The twelve inch, six pound show-stopping burger, brings supersizing food to a new level with this burger more than living up to its name. Many will attempt to eat this burger alone, but few will succeed.

The "bigger badder Asser" burger needs to be paired with a beer that is just as big and bold. Craft Beer enthusiast will unite over the new JT Imperial Stout recipe. Their own brewmaster, Gil Chacon, used an innovative brewing technique of aging the beer with French Oak. The black beauty has an 8% ABV offering a rich robust malty flavor. The intense brew style will impress all craft beer connoisseurs.

Meticulous attention went into designing the new menu items, including a twist on traditional pizza with a prosciutto ham pizza topped with pesto sauce, goat cheese, grilled onions and fresh basil. Some of the other new pizzas include a margherita, wild mushroom, roasted pear and blue cheese and a sausage and basil pizza.
The unique and intense flavors of the new jalapeno macaroni and cheese will make for a memorable dining experience. This ooey-gooey macaroni and cheese combines diced tomatoes, bacon and chicken with a creamy ale sauce made with JT Schmid's own crafted beer. It is to die for being cheesier than ever thought possible topped with jack, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.

The finishing touches on the new menu will impress guests with the Pineapple Sorbet and the Dream Bomba. The pineapple sorbet will have guests doing the hula with the chilled refreshing dessert served in a real pineapple shell. The Dream Bomba has a heart of caramel, surrounded by peanut butter gelato that will have guests dreaming about when they can return for this dessert.
