VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — One person was injured Monday when a vehicle hit a power pole and crashed into a building.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the crash in the 15200 block of Vanowen Street around 1 p.m., officials said.

Authorities said some power wire may have been damaged.

The condition of the injured person was not released.
