LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Legendary astronaut Buzz Aldrin will make a cameo appearance on CBS’ hit comedy, “The Big Bang Theory” later this month.

Aldrin, 82, will play himself in an episode airing on Oct. 25.

The former space traveler is no stranger to the small screen. He has appeared on the CBS drama “Numbers” and on “Dancing With The Stars.”

“The Big Bang Theory” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on CBS2.
