FULLERTON (AP) — Orange County prosecutors say a 29-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to illegal possession of a kilogram of Ecstasy powder and thousands of steroid pills.
District attorney spokeswoman Farrah Emami says Cody Horn of Yorba Linda entered his plea Thursday.
Prosecutors say Horn allegedly picked up a package containing more than two pounds of Ecstasy from a private shipping facility Aug. 29.
He is accused of dropping a bag of about 2,500 steroid pills into the car of a co-defendant.
Law enforcement officials arrested Horn and his co-defendant Troy Olson, because they had been monitoring the package.
Horn is currently out of custody on $500,000 bail.
If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of six years in prison.
