CBS Holds ‘Instameet’ On Santa Clarita Set Of ‘Vegas’

SANTA CLARITA (CBSLA.com) — CBS Wednesday held the first official “Instameet” on the set of a new television series.

Users of the popular photo app Instagram were invited to the Santa Clarita set of “Vegas” to explore the ‘60s-inspired Fremont Street sets, including the Golden Nugget.

Participants were asked to wear vintage ‘60s costumes, take photos and share their experiences through their personal accounts.

At the same time, Las Vegas residents and visitors were invited to meet on Fremont Street in front of the original Golden Nugget.

Their photo journey highlighted present-day Las Vegas and even offered a chance to meet Ralph Lamb, whose stories inspired the new series.

Photos from the event can be found by searching the hashtag #InstameetCBSVegas on Instagram.

Vegas premieres Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 10 p.m. on CBS2.
