2 Men Shot At Park In Sylmar

SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — Two men were shot at a park in the San Fernando Valley Thursday afternoon, police reported.

The shooting took place at 3:30 p.m. at the Sylmar Recreation Center, located at 13100 Borden Avenue, according to LAPD Officer Bruce Borihanh said.

Officers don’t believe either victim was a student at Sylmar High School, which sits across the street from the park.
