FONTANA (CBSLA.com) — A father helped police catch a man they say tried to lure his teenage daughter into posing for nude photographs.

Anthony Sinclair, 19, of San Bernardino was arrested Sunday after a fight between him and the father was reported at a Kentucky Fried Chicken was reported, police said.

Sinclair, who was also allegedly found in possession of child pornography, was arrested on suspicion of sending harmful material to a minor, annoying a minor and possession of sexually obscene material, according to the San Bernardino Sun.

Police say the father found out that Sinclair had allegedly sent his 16-year-old daughter texts requesting her to model for him, including in the nude. The father, who was not identified, told investigators he replied to the texts while pretending to be his daughter and arranged to meet with him Sunday, the Sun reported.

When the father arrived at the restaurant, he called the number that had been texting his number and Sinclair’s phone range, police said. That’s when the men began fighting, according to the newspaper.

Sinclair is free on bail. A court date for Sinclair has not been scheduled, according to San Bernardino County’s inmate information.
