LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A 67-year-old woman with a medical condition that makes communication difficult is missing from the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident happened July 12 around 2:30 p.m. at a Walmart in the 19500 block of South Normandie Avenue.
That’s when Carrie Stroud wandered out of the store and was last seen walking southbound behind Walmart. She is said to be suffering from either delirium or dementia, and her family is very concerned for her welfare.
Stroud is described as black, 5′,6″, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing an orange shirt, tan pants and black shoes.
