SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Chargers have agreed on a one-year contract with free-agent defensive tackle Aubrayo Franklin.

The team announced the deal on Friday.

Franklin, a fifth-round pick by the Ravens in 2003, has played with Baltimore, the San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints.

The 6-foot-1, 317-pound Franklin started nine games for the Saints last season and recorded 17 tackles. He has 204 career tackles.
