(CBS) -- Chad Billingsley received some good news on Monday after a second MRI revealed inflammation in his elbow.

He will try and play catch on Monday and if all goes well, he could start on Tuesday against Roy Halladay.

Billingsley was scratched from his start on Sunday and is 4-9 with a 4.30 ERA this season.
