LAGUNA BEACH (CBS) —  The victim of a fatal Laguna Canyon Road rollover crash was publicly identified Saturday by the Orange County Coroner’s office.

The deceased was identified as Laguna Beach resident Sann King, 58.

King was killed when her Mercedes-Benz went off Laguna Canyon Road and rolled several times.

The accident occurred about 1-1/2 miles north of the Route 73 toll road about 4 p.m. Friday, according to the California Highway Patrol and the Orange County coroner’s office.

Why King, who was alone in her black mid-1990 sedan, wrecked her car remains under investigation by the CHP.
