PACIFIC PALISADES (CBS) — Carson police have found Judge Linda Kay Lefkowitz in good condition after she reportedly went missing earlier Monday.

Lefkowitz had not been seen since leaving her Pacific Palisades home Monday morning to go to work at the Santa Monica Courthouse, police said.

Her family said the judge recently started chemotherapy treatments for breast cancer and was warned a side effect of the treatments can be forgetfulness.

Carson police said Lefkowitz had been found shortly before midnight and had not been harmed.

No further details were made available.
