ANAHEIM (CBS) – Jered Weaver is expected to come off the disabled list and start on Wednesday night against the San Francisco Giants.
Previous reports suggested Weaver would be available on Friday night against the Dodgers.
Weaver has been sidelined since May 28th with a lower back strain.
Despite the absence of their Ace, the Angels are playing their best baseball of the season and head into Monday night’s game four games behind Texas in the AL West.
