STUDIO CITY (CBS) — We will start the day with some low clouds. The marine layer, which is running between 1,500 feet and 2,000 feet deep, should break up through the morning.

We will be left with hazy sunshine this afternoon. It may be a degree warmer than yesterday.

With a thinner marine layer tomorrow, look for another degree of warming and more hazy sunshine by lunch time.

During the latter half of the week, we will see things cool down a couple of degrees as another trough moves into the West Coast.

Right now, it looks like we could see a pretty significant off-shore flow event next weekend. It has the makings of a high fire danger event.

Beaches – low 70s
Basin – mid to upper 70s
Valleys – low 90s
Deserts – upper 90s
Mountains – low 70s
