PORTER RANCH (CBS) — A 34-year-old bicyclist suffered serious injuries Sunday when he fell off a trail and into a shallow canyon near Hollow Springs in Porter Ranch, a fire official said.
Erik Scott of the Los Angeles City Fire Department said firefighters and paramedics were sent to the scene of the injury about 10:39 a.m. Sunday.
The incident occurred in the 12200 block of Tampa Avenue.
The man was taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills where he was listed in serious condition, Scott said.
