FONTANA (CBS) — Police are trying to track down vandals who destroyed the paint on more than a dozen vehicles after splashing paint thinner on them in a San Bernardino County neighborhood.

Vandals damaged 18 vehicles early Tuesday morning in the 5100 block of Raccoon Way in Fontana, police said.

“I can’t imagine why people would want to do something like that,” said victim Bill Rosary.

Police have not released any suspect or motive information.
