STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Eating healthy may not always be easy but a new book aims to make it at least a little but more appetizing.
Jared Koch, the founder of Clean Plates, appeared on KCAL9 News on Saturday morning to discuss his recently published guide to nutritionist-approved food all around Los Angeles.
The guide is called “Clean Plates.”
