Investigation Launched Into Allegations Of Sexual Misconduct Between Compton Teacher And His Students

COMPTON (CBS) —  Authorities are investigating allegations of sexual misconduct at a middle school in Compton, a sheriff’s deputy announced Friday.

The investigation at Davis Middle School, 621 W. Poplar St., began Thursday evening and continued with additional interviews at the school today, according to the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau.

In a statement, detectives said special victims bureau detectives are investigating allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior between a male teacher and female students. The number of students allegedly involved with the teacher was not released.

Officials said the Compton School District and school staff have offered their full support during the investigation, which was continuing.

    Good, let the predators know they’re not safe anymore, the students should know that is not ok and the only resposible are the adults and nothing is going to happen to them for telling.
