Johnson & Johnson Announces Recall Of Children's Tylenol
TRENTON, NJ (CBS) — Johnson & Johnson has announced a recall of all grape-flavored liquid infant Tylenol.
Parents reportedly raised concerns about redesigned bottles that were making it hard to determine the proper dosages to give their children.
The recall involves more than 570,000 bottles on store shelves nationwide.
Johnson & Johnson wanted to let consumers know there was nothing wrong with the product itself.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Johnson & Johnson has had at least 28 recalls since July 2009 involving medications, contact lenses and syringes.
