SANTA CLARITA (CBS) —  An 18-year-old was arrested Thursday as the suspect in a sexual assault in the Stevenson Ranch area.

Jerry Moon was booked for attempted murder, home invasion robbery, kidnapping and rape.

Moon is being held on lieu of $2.45 million bail. He is scheduled to appear in San Fernando Superior Court on Tuesday.

A woman was sexually assaulted during the early morning robbery on Jan. 8, according to Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
