LONG BEACH (CBS) — The Long Beach City Council voted Tuesday to allow the sale of medical marijuana to continue at non-profit collectives.
The city has been struggling to regulate the legal sale of medicinal marijuana, but the council approved a compromise.
Eighteen marijuana collectives will remain open, but all other pot shops in Long Beach will be shut down.
