On Thursday he came off the bench to hit 5 of 9 shots, go 4 for 4 from the free-throw line and contribute four assists.

LaRon Armstead also had 14 points for the Lions (14-9, 7-3 West Coast), who have won four of their last five games.

Taylor Darby scored 18 points and Joshua Lowery 11 for Pepperdine (8-14, 2-9), which hit just 2 of 15 3-point attempts and shot 38 percent overall from the floor.
