Get Healthy With Tips From A 'Biggest Loser' Winner

STUDIO CITY (CBS)  — Mark Pinhasovich of "The Biggest Loser" fame visited the KCAL 9 studios Friday to talk about getting fit!

Pinhasovich may have been voted off The Biggest Loser ranch, but his tenacity and hard work in the real world earned him "The Biggest Loser" At-Home Winner title and bragging rights for having lost the largest percentage of weight (50.59 percent and 213 pounds) of all contestants that season (including winner Patrick House).

Here is a look at Mark's weight loss journey by the numbers and where he stands today:

Starting Weight: 421 lbs. (Sept. 21, 2010)
Week 1: 380 lbs.
Week 2: 369 lbs.
Week 3: 361 lbs.
Week 4: 352 lbs.
Week 5: 336 lbs.
