Lakers-Jazz Beat Clippers-Heat In Television Ratings

(CBS) — The Los Angeles Lakers game in Salt Lake City against the Utah Jazz peaked at a 12.8 rating on KCAL9 on Wednesday night, beating out the Los Angeles Clippers and the Miami Heat on cable.

The Clippers drew a 4.9 HH* combined rating between the Fox Sports Net telecast and ESPN in the Los Angeles market, while the Lakers telecast drew an 8.0 HH rating.

KCAL’s Lakers broadcast started at 6pm, while the Clippers started just after 7:30pm.

The Lakers and Clippers will meet on Saturday night on KCAL9, with LTV at 7:00pm.
