Actress Soleil Moon Frye Talks About Her Work Helping Haiti
STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Soleil Moon Frye visited the KCAL 9 studios Thursday to talk about her work in Haiti.
Soleil Moon Frye has been working in Haiti with Sean Penn's J/P HRO (Haitian Relief Organization).
She's traveled to Haiti twice over the last year. Recently, she also directed a new PSA called Help Haiti Home with Mr. Penn, Miley Cyrus, Eric Dane, Zooey Deschanel, Ed Norton, Rainn Wilson, LL Cool J, among others.
The Help Haiti Home initiative was launched to raise funds that will help the 23,000 displaced Haitians currently living in the J/P HRO managed Petionville Camp return to the neighborhoods they lived in before the January 2010 earthquake.
