STUDIO CITY (CBS) — The great weather continues Thursday, look for sunny skies and above average temperatures.
The ridge that gave us the off-shore flow Wednesday and temperatures in the upper 70s wil wane over the next 48 hours. The ridge actually flattens a bit and we could see some patchy coastal clouds.
Temperatures will drop down slightly into the low 70s. However, by the weekend conditions will warm back up.
New Years Eve day looks great, maybe a bit chilly at midnight. Then on New Years Day we will have some of the warmest temperatures of the week.
Conditions will stay consistent for the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl on Monday. The next cooling trend doesn’t descend on the Southland until the middle or end of next week.
Beaches – low 70s
Basin – mid 70s
Valleys – mid to upper 70s
Deserts – upper 60s
Mountains – low 60s
