Cheers! Festive Holiday Cocktails Recipes From Palazzo Mixologist Steve Dorsey
STUDIO CITY (CBS) — If you are having a holiday party and need some festive drink ideas, Steve Dorsey, mixologist at the Palazzo's Fusion Latin Mixology Bar has some must-try recipes.
Dorsey visited the KCAL 9 studios Wednesday and whipped up two easy drinks: Piazza Prosecco and the Gondolier Blanco and passed along recipes to other holiday favorites for viewers.
Piazza Prosecco
½ oz Campari
½ oz Grand Marnier
Topwith Prosecco and server in a Champagne flute garnished with a fresh raspberry
Negroni Festivo
¾ oz Campari,
¾ oz Martini Rosso sweet vermouth,
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire Gin,
Served on the rocks with an orange cinnamon rim
Garnished with a candied orange peel
Festive Creations:
Campanile Cider
1 ½ oz Frangelico
1 oz. Clove Infused Bacardi Red Peach Rum
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Apple Juice
2 dashes Bar Code Baked Apple Bitters
Shake and strain
Cinnamon Sugar Rimmed Martini glass
Gondolier Blanco
1oz White Chocolate liqueur
1 oz White Creme de menthe
1oz White Creme de cocoa
½ oz White Chocolate syrup
½ ozcream
Shake and strain into candy cane rimmed martini glass that has been swirled with chocolate syrup.
The Godfather
¾ oz Amaretto
1 ½ oz Scotch Whiskey
Served on the rocks with a lemon twist
Rialto Eggnog
1oz Captain Morgan
1 oz Christian Brothers brandy
Dash ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
2 oz egg nog
Shake and strain into martini glass
Top with fresh grated nutmeg and cinnamon

Gluhwein
1 bottle Red wine
1 cup White Sugar
8 Whole cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 fresh Nutmeg
8 Orange Slices
Served in a Winter in Venice coffee cup with mini biscotti

Fresh brewed coffee, topped with whipped gram and cinnamon dust.
