Yeater filed a lawsuit earlier this month against Justin Bieber claiming he fathered her child, and asked a San Diego court to order Bieber to submit to a paternity test and provide child support.
Bieber publicly denied ever having met Yeater.
A hearing in the case was set for Dec. 15.
