TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — An Arizona man has admitted in court that he used a computer to interrupt a Tucson-area telecast of the 2009 Super Bowl with a 37-second pornography clip.

Pima County prosecutors say 39-year-old Frank Tanori Gonzalez of Tucson pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of computer tampering. The Arizona Daily Star (http://bit.ly/oyXwmW) says Gonzalez is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 1.

As part of a plea agreement, Gonzalez must serve three years’ probation and pay a $1,000 fine.

If Gonzalez successfully completes his probation, the crime will be designated a misdemeanor rather than a felony. Gonzalez was arrested by the FBI in February.

Authorities say someone cut into the Comcast cable broadcast of the game between the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers that went to viewers in the Tucson area.
